Out of a need for more Virginia based Scion clubs a new wave was formed. In November 2005, Chad Hobgood and Kenny Wingle founded Scion Noics. Since the date of its inception the Noics have grown consistently and quickly to include some of Virginia’s forerunners in modified scions. Using imagination, drive and deep pockets, the Noics strive to put Virginia on the map as a force in new and creative scion styling. Backed, and well supported by McGeorge Scion, the Noics are made official and partner to bring a more powerful and resourceful Scion unit. …Scion Noics, period.
