Subject: 2010 Scion xB Release Series 7.0 Price Announcement

Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. is pleased to announce pricing for the first Scion limited edition of the 2010 model year, the xB Release Series 7.0 (xB RS 7.0), which will be arriving at dealerships in December 2009. Pricing will be announced to the public on Monday, November 30, 2009.

xB Release Series 7.0

The xB RS 7.0 comes in a unique “Murasaki” exterior color, which means “purple” in Japanese. This sports-themed Release Series brings together a highly distinctive body kit and TRD performance accessories. Accompanying the new exterior color are the following enhancements:

 DAMD Body Kit: Front and rear lower valance treatments with side skirts
 TRD Sport Muffler: Center exhaust system featuring dual double-walled tips with all stainless steel construction
 TRD Lowering Springs: Lowers the ride height approximately 1-1.5 inches
 RAZO Shift Knob: GT Formula Spec weighted with distinctive black leather embossed surface with RS 7.0 logo and matte silver finish
 Color-Tuned Seating Surface: Black fabric with color-tuned highlights & RS 7.0 logo
 RS Badge: Etched stainless steel individually-numbered badge
 Color-Keyed Spoiler: available as a DIO option (limited quantities)

Only 2,000 xB RS 7.0 units will be produced. Total vehicle MSRP is $18,320 for manual transmission and $19,270 for automatic transmission. Total MSRP value of Release Series content is $2,470. The limited-run spoiler (DIO installation only) has an MSRP of $320 uninstalled.

The xB Release Series 7.0 will be on display at the 2009 Los Angeles Auto Show.
