DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING! IF YOUR CAR BREAKS DOWN IN FRONT OF IT GET TOWED! i took Kerry in for the new steering wheel install thinking that it would be 5 min in and out. Well...five min yes. In and out...no. After about five min the service manager comes and says " MR. Davis, can you come with me?" Im thinking oh they cant get it on or something. No. Two young brats working there were joking around and bashed my drivers door into a lift that the car should not have been between! I now have a snakes eye about 4 in long in the door. And have to go back tues to get them to fix it and have no clue how long they will have it. but i will be an a$$ about it till it looks as if nothing ever happened. :x So in turn..NEVER GO THERE! SERVICE SUCKS AND MCGEORGE AND PRIORITY ARE BETTER! :x  :x  :x  :x

They put me in a Camry! It has a sun roof but they gave me a family ride! ERR! Ima rag this thing......even tho it runs as if someone already has! It has no get up and go and then BAM! it gets. Not my type. Ive drove the Altima. Sad to say that that was a lot nicer! The guy at the shop said that they would take care of my car and i would get it back this week. I told them i wanted it detailed too. HE SAID OKAY! I also told him i wouldnt take it back until i was satisfied with it. It best look like new. Oh and Larry....i think those boys are gone. I asked about them today. they pissed me off when i came in and they were laughing like it was nothing. And you know how much ive put in the car! It aint no joke!

how about at McGeorge, when i brought my car in for service, one of the mechanics was spinning tires with my xA in the bottom garage when i had gone down to check up on the car. Then, he had the nerve to tell me only employees allowed inside. That was the only time I've been there. On the plus side, Grover (I believe that's right) is the nicest guy that works there.

They are definitely top notch.. I mean look at the 2-tone job they did when fixing my xB.. They did an OUTSTANDING job. Flawless.

lol, i filed a customer complaint card because I'm a very shy/passive person. What's WBC? I got my car's body work done at Super Bruces on midlothian and had to go back wayyy too many times for things they forgot or did wrong. 2 months later, i took it to Haley to get my raidiator fixed and they immediately noticed, from looking at the engine, I had body work done to my car.

WBC West Broad Collision. Bruces has fallen off. them and Dorns used to be the top dogs then West Broad Honda's body shop became king, then they became there own thing and took over VW and thats where WBC comes from. Member of the Page autogroup lol.
